04For candidates

Confidential by default. Honest about what is live.

If you want the next role to match the work you actually want to do, start with a résumé and a short note. We will tell you if we have a brief that fits. We will not invent a process to keep you warm.

How to engage

Three things we need. Nothing theatrical.

  1. 01

    A current résumé

The document you would actually send. Dates, science, and the work you owned — not a slogan page.

  2. 02

    The problem you want

A few sentences on modality, stage, function, geography, and what you do not want. Constraints help.

  3. 03

    Permission to be quiet

We treat inbound as confidential. We will not float your name to a hiring team without a conversation first.

Example briefs

The kinds of seats we work — not a job board.

The cards below are static examples so you can see the shape of a brief. They are clearly marked. There is no live listing engine on this site.

Next step

Send the résumé and the note.

If nothing live matches, we will say so. That is still a useful conversation.
