nxtgen search is a recruiting and executive search practice focused on life sciences. The observation behind it is not complicated: hiring in this field is too often treated like generalist recruiting with a science keyword bolted on. The work is different. The seats are different. The people who succeed in them are different.
We run retained, contingency, and executive searches — plus the niche functional seats that sit between those labels — across biotech, pharma, medtech, diagnostics, clinical, R&D, and commercial teams. The standard is the same: a brief that still holds up when the hire is in the chair.
This website is the first public version of how we introduce that work. There are no invented awards, no fabricated metrics, and no testimonials written in a conference room. If you want to know who we are, the honest next step is a conversation about a real seat or a real next move.
